Non entry cleaning

Some tanks are too small for human entry. Our Non-entry services use remote controlled jetting cannons for safe and efficient cleaning. In these cases we use a system that uses remote controlled jetting cannons. It’s a “remote cleaning” service.

Our cannons clean at high pressure. This is suitable for all tanks and environments. Whatever is stored in the tank. Using our robotic equipment creates a closed loop system. Minimising gas and vapour emissions. This is good for sites with strict emission and odour controls.

Non-entry is also safer and faster. Our operatives don’t need to enter your industrial tank or other confined spaces. The robotic technology increases both safety and efficiency.

Robotic jets are controlled from a self contained mobile control room using live feeds and remote monitoring. We use non-entry remote technology to clean tanks during decommissioning and maintenance projects.

This speeds up the cleaning process. Reduces downtime and cost to your business. Non-entry is used when tanks contain hazardous chemicals and substances. To ensure the tank is properly cleaned and no health and safety issues. It’s a safer and greener process.

Please provide:

  • Recent tank inspection reports if available
  • List of all materials previously stored in the tank
  • Clear access to the tank and surrounding area
  • Current safety data sheets
  • Site contact person for coordination

They attended site to inspect and then produced an estimate with breakdown of the elements and associated costs which gave me confidence in what the price of the job was likely to be. The team carried out the prep work the day before and on the day removed the fuel, cleaned the tanks and left the site in a clean and tidy state. They were efficient, organised and did not waste any time. Job done in a few hours for my two smallish tanks. I have no problems recommending this company.
