High Pressure Jetting
High Pressure Water Jetting (also known as hydroblasting and water cutting) is an industrial tool capable of removing material and cleaning a wide variety of materials using extremely high-pressure jets of water, or a mixture of water and chemicals.

What is High Pressure Water Jetting?
The jet streams blast pressurised, compressed and concentrated streams of water through the end of a nozzle. The force of the water streams can cut through almost anything.
It’s often used during the cleaning and removing of materials for industrial equipment such as large tanks (that store oil and diesel) sewers and drainage.
It’s the preferred method when the materials being removed or cleaned are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods. It is used throughout a range of industries because it’s so powerful, precise and safe.

Benefits of High Pressure Water Jetting
The major benefit of high pressure water jetting is its ability to remove material without interfering or damaging the inherent structure of the apparatus that is being cleaned.
This is because heat is minimised and this in turn, almost removes the effects of heat, which allows materials (such as crud, sewer and drainage contents) to be removed without harming or changing the properties of the apparatus.
The water produced can also be recycled by using a closed-loop system. Waste water for the main part is clean enough to filter and then dispose of down a drain or waste outlet. It also eliminates the risk of any cross contamination.
Bespoke High Pressure Water Jetting Services
The most important advantage of using our high pressure water jetting service is typically because of its capability to eliminate material without interfering or harming the construction of the equipment that’s being cleaned. The reason being is that the temperature is reduced. As a direct result – almost all consequences of heat are removed. Enabling materials (such as crud) to be eliminated without damaging or altering the qualities of the apparatus.
It’s also extremely popular for cleaning drains and sewers quickly and effectively (not to mention it’s great value for money). This makes our high pressure water jetting services perfect for those with a budget and a time scale.
What Happens to the Waste Generated?
Water Jetting has the ability to produce water pressure up to 43,500 psi and because the temperature is reduced, it allows materials to be eliminated without any damage to the apparatus being cleaned. It is also environmentally safe when used with specialized jetting tools, heads and accessories. The water used can be collected filtered and reused.
All of our water jetting machines are Powered by a diesel engine. Most are fitted with Chalwyn Valves and spark arrestors for Flammable sites. Our units can be supplied in either HP or UHP mode by changing the pump build of the unit providing dual-capability if required.
When used in conjunction with our technical specialist jetting tools and various heads and accessories, hydroblasting can be the most effective solution (Which can be applied to a range of applications) and can be the most popular choice. It is also environmentally friendly cleaning solution for our customers. Applications include for example; surface preparation, tank and vessel cleaning and cold cutting.
